Central Coast Roofers is a referral website. We are not the business that climbs the ladder. When you call (02) 4307 5050 or submit the quote form, your enquiry is passed to established, licensed and insured local roofing contractors who carry out the work.

Those contractors work to NSW Fair Trading requirements. The contract for any work you agree to is between you and the contractor who quotes and performs it.

What that means in practice

• Quotes come from the contractor, not from this website. Any price you are given is theirs, and it is theirs to honour.
• The workmanship warranty is provided by the contractor who performs the work, and it is given in writing on completion.
• Licensing and insurance are held by the contractor. If you want to see current documentation before work starts, ask — that is a reasonable request and a reputable contractor will have no problem with it.
• Your details are used to quote your job. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Information on this site

The content here is general information about roofing on the Central Coast. It is written to be accurate and useful, but it is not a substitute for someone looking at your actual roof.

A few specific limits worth stating:

Technical standards. Where this site refers to material grades, marine exposure bands or fastener classes, those references are summaries of published manufacturer guidance and Australian Standards as we understand them. Standards are revised, manufacturer recommendations change, and the correct specification for your property depends on measurements taken on site. Treat anything here as a starting point and confirm the specification for your job with the contractor.

Asbestos. Where this site describes asbestos handling, removal thresholds or disposal, it reflects the general NSW position: an unlicensed person may remove less than 10 square metres of non-friable asbestos, more than that requires a licensed removalist, and any friable asbestos always requires a licensed removalist. Disposal arrangements at Central Coast Council facilities are set by Council and can change. For anything specific to your property, check with SafeWork NSW and with Central Coast Council.

Costs. No prices are published on this site, because no honest roofing price exists before an inspection. Anything said here about what drives cost is explanatory, not a quotation.

Insurance claims. Nothing on this site should be read as a prediction that an insurance claim will succeed. Coverage is determined by your insurer and your policy wording.

Reviews, ratings and credentials

There are no customer reviews, star ratings, testimonials or review counts anywhere on this site, because there is no Google Business Profile behind it yet and therefore no genuine reviews to publish. If you find a rating on this site, it is an error and we would like to know.

Likewise, no licence number, no founding year and no claim about how long anyone has been trading appears here, because we do not publish facts we cannot stand behind.
